I have spent my life volunteering and giving back to the citizens of our community.  I bring something of an outsider's perspective to government because I am not a career politician.  I believe my position as an "outsider" has it advantages and will allow me to expand my scope of public service beyond volunteerism and allow me to approach your problems and those of our district without the hindrances of being an "insider" or career politician.  I will be criss-crossing the 85Th District to hear your ideas that can make our district a greater place to live.  I'm going to work as hard as I can to earn your vote.  My campaign to bring new leadership to our district needs your support and I encourage you to help anyway you can such as endorsing, volunteering, displaying a yard sign, or a financial contribution.
